Measures for Fund Management of AMESD, CUEB
Article 1 This Measure is formulated to strengthen unified management of the Base’s fund to maintain the interests of researchers of both CUEB and AMESD, to encourage multi-channel fund for scientific research and to promote the development of scientific research of the Base.
Article 2 The funding sources of the Base:
1) Investment from the Ministry of Education and the supporting fund for Base construction from CUEB authority;
2) Vertical and horizontal project fund undertaken by the Base;
3) Other revenue of the Base according to CUEB policy.
Article 3 Limits of authority on fund expenditure: the second item of the sources above is managed by project person in charge according to relevant regulations; the first and third items are undertaken completely by person in charge of the Base.
Article 4 The fund expenditure shall accord with relevant financial regulations and requirements of appropriating organizations, and strictly accord with appropriation budget details made by project approving department. Expanding the expenditure range or increasing expenditure standard arbitrarily is forbidden.
Article 5 The financial work of the Base shall comply with unified management of the Finance Department of CUEB and receive audit, inspection and supervision from Auditing Department and Finance Department.
